  • Dr. Kelli Cabrera

    Occupational Therapist

    Dr. Kelli Cabrera is an Air Force veteran, Marine Corps wife, and mother of two. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) and Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Bay Path University.

    Dr. Cabrera joined the United States Air Force as an active-duty occupational therapist in 2015 and served until 2018. She was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, where she worked in the outpatient orthopedic clinic and the inpatient hospital. During this time, Dr. Cabrera helped establish the hospital’s first pain clinic, Special Operations injury prevention program and mental health wellness classes. She worked closely with the Thunderbirds and provided ergonomic assessments for the HH-60 helicopter crews.

    As an occupational therapist, Dr. Cabrera will cover topics including but not limited to: goal setting, journaling, sleep hygiene, memory and focus, time management, stress and anger management, meditation, communication, and resourcefulness. She is also a certified hand therapist (CHT) and has advanced training in treating injuries from the cervical spine to the fingers.

  • Amy Ellis

    Mental Health Clinician

    Amy Ellis, LMHC-S, CSOTS is a licensed mental health clinician for 5by5 Performance Therapy, Inc. She is the Chief Operating Officer of The Healing Impact, a non-profit group practice which provides an array of mental health treatment services with a primary on reclaiming lives after trauma.

    Amy is the wife of an Air Force Vietnam veteran who shares her passion for helping others and improving mental health. She is the daughter of an Army National Guard veteran and the daughter-in-law of a World War II Navy veteran. Amy has 2 children, ages 28 and 26, who are her greatest pride and joy!

    Amy has been a licensed clinician for over 22 years and has extensive experience both as a clinician and in clinical program management. Amy’s passion lies in providing direct clinical treatment services and her areas of specialty include: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Addictions, Veteran Reintegration, EMDR, and Marital/Family Therapy. Throughout her career, Amy has witnessed firsthand the barriers to mental health treatment for our military personnel, first responders, and law enforcement.

    Amy considers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based treatment to our nation’s heroes a great privilege and honor.

  • Andi Bair

    Registered Dietician

    Andrea (Andi) Bair is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics who works with a variety of clients to teach them healthy eating and nutrition.

    Andi graduated with a bachelors in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012. After becoming a Registered Dietitian, she completed her Master’s degree in exercise physiology at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Andi has worked with a variety of athletes from recreationally active individuals to professional elite athletes. Andi believes in a practical and realistic approach to healthy eating and enjoys teaching clients how to implement changes to their eating behaviors that are feasible, enjoyable, and most importantly, sustainable.

    She is the proud wife of a former Air Force Special Operator and mom of a busy toddler, Jack. She understands the demands of the special operations lifestyle and how it can challenge the family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, hiking, & spending time outdoors with her family and dog.

    As a registered dietitian, Andi will cover a variety of topics related to nutrition including nutrition for reducing inflammation, how to build balanced meals and snacks, healthy grocery shopping, meal planning and cooking, family nutrition, gut health and its influence on the brain and immune system, as well as nutrition for performance and recovery.

  • Mary-Catherine LaBossiere

    Registered Dietician

    Mary-Catherine LaBossiere is a registered dietitian, active duty military spouse, and dog mom. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Christian University while completing the Coordinated Dietetics Program. Following graduation, she passed the national exam to become a registered dietitian. Mary-Catherine then went on to earn her Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University, while working full time in obesity and diabetes research. She transitioned to working at a behavioral health hospital, where she developed a greater knowledge of how nutrition impacts mental health and brain function.

    Mary-Catherine currently operates her own business, Defy Nutrition, and works alongside several nonprofits that serve the military, veteran, and first responder populations, with specific experience working with Operators.

    As a registered dietitian, Mary-Catherine will cover topics including but not limited to meal planning, grocery shopping, gut and brain health, nutrition and sleep, and healthy habits to maintain optimal labs. She also has a certificate in functional nutrition and touches on whole body wellness.

  • Dr. Jennifer Byrne

    Owner, Occupational Therapist

    Jenn is an Air Force Veteran, a doctor of Occupational Therapy, a Mom, and the spouse of a Combat Rescue Officer. She is the owner of 5by5 Performance Therapy, a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, and a yoga instructor.

    Jenn graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her bachelors and master’s in Occupational Therapy and received her commission into the United States Air Force in through the Reserve Officer Training Corps and entered active duty as a First Lieutenant on January 15, 2014.

    Within her first two years of active duty, Jenn created the Air Force’s first Sports Medicine program for the Special Operations community, which is now a multi-million-dollar program. She continued to create health and wellness programs throughout her military career, embedding with elite units of joint operators and pilots. It was during her time embedding with these units that she learned valuable lessons, and she credits many enlisted operators with shaping her as a leader. It was also during this time that she realized her passion in creating interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals- she quickly learned that this model is highly effective.

    Jenn completed her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy at Boston University in May, 2021.

    Jenn leads the planning, organization and execution of all contracts. As the on-site Team Leader, Jenn is behind the scenes, caring for anything and everything her team and the clients require.

  • Marla Harvey

    Occupational Therapist

    Marla Harvey, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist and Air Force veteran. She earned her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2013. She is the wife of a prior US Army EOD tech and the mother of an adventurous little boy named Liam, and a sweet little girl named Mila.

    Marla commissioned into the United States Air Force as an active-duty occupational therapist in 2014 and served until 2020. She was stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Alaska and Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. During her time in the military, she gained experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics, inpatient acute care, outpatient mental health groups, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention classes. She worked on ergonomic assessments and injury prevention with several medical squadrons, presidential support squadrons, and the USAF Honor Guard. Marla also has experience in civilian occupational therapy within inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, acute care hospitals, and outpatient hand therapy clinics.

    Marla is now supporting 5by5 Performance Therapy as an occupational therapist educating clients on goal setting, journaling, sleep hygiene, cognition, work-life balance, stress management, time management and communication.
